What fees does TikTok Shop charge me?
TikTok Shop takes several types of fees from your sales:
Platform Commission: TikTok's cut of each sale
Creator Commission: Payments to TikTok creators who promote your products
Service Fees: Delivery fees, small order fees, and buyer service fees
These are all combined into the Product Level Merchant Fees & Product Level Merchant Refunded Fees in Conjura's reporting.
Why don't my TikTok Shop profits match what I expect?
TikTok Shop's fees are deducted from your gross sales. Conjura shows both your gross revenue and the fees taken, so you can see your actual profit after TikTok's cuts.
Why do my fees change over time?
Conjura pulls fees from Tiktok's transaction statements. There is often a lag between being placed and it's respective statement being available. In the meantime, we populate estimated fees based on historic rates.
Estimated fees are based on your blended fee rate calculated from orders that already have statement data. This rate includes all fee types combined (platform commission, creator fees, service fees).
However, actual fees can vary per order due to:
Creator commissions – Orders promoted by affiliates incur additional creator fees which can significantly increase total fees
Non-affiliate orders – Orders without creator involvement have lower fees (platform commission only)
Promotional campaigns – Co-funded promotions affect the fee structure
Individual orders may end up having higher or lower fees depending on whether they involved affiliate promotion.
Once TikTok's statement data is available, the actual breakdown replaces the estimate.
Can I see fees for individual products?
Yes, Conjura breaks down fees at the product level, so you can see exactly what TikTok charged for each item sold.
Can I see my TikTok Shop returns?
Yes, Conjura pulls returns from Tiktok Shop's API.

TikTok Shop US operates using a completely different API with separate requirements to every other marketplace. We do not currently connect to this, but is on our roadmap.

Conjura pulls order data going back 3 years from initial sign up.
What date is used in Conjura's reporting?
There are multiple dates available in TikTok Shop's order data.
Order Date: When the customer placed the order
Payment Date: When TikTok processed the payment
Conjura uses the Order Date for reporting.
Can I track which TikTok creators drove my sales?
Conjura pulls creator commission fees, which shows when a creator was involved in the sale, but specific creator names aren't provided by TikTok Shop's data.
Can I track my TikTok Shop stock?
Unfortunately this data is not available within the Conjura platform. However, if you are using an ERP like Brightpearl or Linnworks, stock tracked there will be present within Conjura.
