Why aren't all my Linnworks orders showing?

Conjura should capture both Processed Orders & Open Orders from Linnworks.

However, future-dated orders will not appear in reporting until that date. Conjura uses the Received Date from Linnworks as the order date. If an order’s Received Date is set in the future, it won’t appear in reporting until that date arrives - even if the order has already been processed.

This can happen with pre-orders, backorders, or manual data entry issues where the Received Date is set ahead of today.

If you notice that any other order are missing, please contact support@conjura.com.

How does Conjura determine the Store Name?

This is derived from the Order Subsource in Linnworks (e.g., "OnBuy", "Secret Sales", "B&Q").

Example:

An order that comes via Mirakl and sold via the Secret Sales storefront will have the platform name like "Secret Sales".

How does Conjura determine the Platform Name?

This is derived from the Order Source in Linnworks (e.g., "Amazon", "eBay", "Mirakl", "Shopify").

Example:

An order that comes via Mirakl and sold via the Secret Sales storefront will have the platform name like "Mirakl".

Why is my Store / Platform / Channel marked as Unknown?

We manage our mappings manually. We don't just take the raw Source / Subsource value from Linnworks, we try to standardize the values so they might make sense across different systems.

Inform support and the team can update the mappings manually.

Example:

Platform may be called EBAY1 for customer A on Linnworks, eBay for Customer B on Linnworks and EBAY Inc for Customer C using Cin7. We would then map this to eBay.

How does Conjura determine COGS (Product Costs)?

COGS is based on the Unit Cost stored at the order line item level in Linnworks. Linnworks grabs the relevant Unit Cost value from your stock data, as at the time of order.

  • The accuracy will depend on your set up. If you stock is being controlled by 3rd party integrations, you may see unexpected values. If this is the case, you’ll need to import COGS data using our Custom Data Import - see our help centre docs here.

  • See here for more information on how Linnworks calculates this Unit Cost field.

Where does Conjura pull Average Inventory Cost from?

Inventory Cost is based on the Unit Cost field stored at the stock items level in Linnworks. Average Inventory Cost in the dashboards represents the most recent unit cost per unit.

This can be found in Product Details (when you click on a product sku in the inventory tab). Then press Item Stats, and then Stock, and finally Unit Cost.

Can I view historical stock data?

Not currently but our engineers are investigating this. Instead we provide the latest snapshot of stock data.
