Why aren't all my Cin7 orders showing?
Conjura should capture all order statuses from Cin7, including completed, pending, and in-progress orders.
However, future-dated orders will not appear in reporting until that date. Conjura uses the Order Date from Cin7 as the reporting date. If an order's date is set in the future, it won't appear in reporting until that date arrives - even if the order has already been processed. This can happen with pre-orders, backorders, or manual data entry issues. Additionally, Cancelled orders will not be included.
If you notice that any other orders are missing, please contact support@conjura.com.
How does Conjura determine the Store Name?
This is derived from the Source Channel field in Cin7 (e.g., "Shopify", "Amazon", "Ebay").
Why is my Platform / Sales Channel marked as Unknown?
We manage our mappings manually. We don't just take the raw Source Channel value from Cin7, we try to standardize the values so they make sense across different systems.
Inform support and the team can update the mappings manually.
How does Conjura determine COGS (Product Costs)?
COGS is based on the COGSAmount
field stored at the order line item level in Cin7. This represents the cost of goods sold as calculated by Cin7 at the time of order. The accuracy will depend on your Cin7 setup and costing method configuration.
If your inventory is being controlled by 3rd party integrations, you may see unexpected values. If this is the case, you'll need to import COGS data using our Custom Data Import - see our help centre docs here.

Where does Conjura pull Average Inventory Cost from?
Inventory Cost is based on the AverageCost
field stored at the product level in Cin7. Average Inventory Cost in the dashboards represents the most recent average cost per unit as calculated by Cin7's costing method.
Can I view historical stock data?

β
How are warehouse locations handled?
