What WooCommerce data does Conjura pull?
Conjura pulls comprehensive data from WooCommerce via API, including:
Orders: Complete order details including timestamps, statuses, and financial information
Products: Product catalog with SKUs, prices, stock levels, and variations.
Inventory: Stock quantities and status
Refunds: Refund transactions and line item details
Product Costs are not pulled from the WooCommerce API. Please instead use our Data Import for Product Costs.
How far back does WooCommerce data go?
Conjura currently pulls all 1 month of order history from your WooCommerce store on sign up. However, our engineers are currently looking at increasing this backfill to 3 years.
