Why isn't all my AWIN spend showing?
Conjura should report on transaction data from pending & approved commissions.
How does Conjura calculate AWIN's marketing costs?
Commission amounts are based on the commissionAmount & networkFee fields from AWIN transaction data.
What is the difference between Click Date and Transaction Date?
Click Date: When the customer initially clicked the affiliate link
Transaction Date: When the actual purchase/conversion occurred
Conjura uses the Transaction Date as the date field in reports.
Can Conjura calculate product-level commission in AWIN?
If product-level tracking is setup correctly, Conjura should be able to pull product-level data from AWIN. If not, please consult AWIN's guide here.
