What are Views?

Views let you save specific combinations of columns, metrics, and filters that you use regularly. Once saved, these views appear in your sidebar for instant access.

Creating A View - Example: Low Stock Alert

Step One - Select your columns and metrics

Here we'll add in SKU and stock cover (how many days till you'll sell out). You can add any combination of dimensions and metrics that are relevant to your analysis.

Step Two - Add filters to focus your data

We'll filter to only look at products selling out within the next 50 days. This helps you identify items that need immediate attention.

Step Three - Save your view

Give your view a descriptive name like "Low Stock Alert" and save it. Now this view can be easily accessed in the sidebar whenever you need it.

Pro Tips:

  • Create multiple views for different use cases (e.g., "Top Performers", "New Product Performance", "Regional Analysis")

  • Views automatically update with fresh data each time you access them

  • You can edit or delete saved views at any time

  • Views can be just for you or for the entire team, just select using the private or shared toggle
