If you have Brightpearl connected to Conjura, you might notice a row in the Product Table with the product name 'Misc. Brightpearl Product'.
This article explains why this happens and how to get more information about what these miscellaneous products refer to within Brightpearl.
Find miscellaneous products within Brightpearl
Within Brightpearl, go to Reports > Sales > Sales Detail
2. Click on Filter > Configure Columns, and add the Product ID column to the report
3. Any row in this report with Product ID = 1000 is classed as a 'miscellaneous product' within Conjura. In general we find these tend to refer to shipping, coupons or free gifts; there are some examples below.
We class these as 'miscellaneous' within Conjura as multiple product names share the same ID, and they have no SKU. This is the only way to model these products within our transformation layer, as each product ID should refer to a unique product.
