No problem, just add the appropriate team member either during set up or when you next log in using the 'Invite Users' button. It's really important that you add your marketing source such as Meta Ads or Google Ads in order to unlock actions, contribution profit, and marketing metrics such as ROAS and CAC.

My product costs are missing, how do add these to Conjura?
My product costs are missing, how do add these to Conjura?
COGS are pulled directly from your eCommerce store or uploaded manually via our Custom Data Import (You can find this in the Connect + Import tab). Read more about importing product costs here.
I recently moved to Shopify/Bigcommerce, will I be able to see my historical data from my previous eCommerce store?
I recently moved to Shopify/Bigcommerce, will I be able to see my historical data from my previous eCommerce store?
Not currently - unfortunately manual imports from other eCommerce platforms to Shopify result in missing order dates so historical data cannot be accurately reported.
Are COGS the same as landed costs?
Are COGS the same as landed costs?
No, you will need to add shipping + fulfilment costs via the Per Order Costs CSV in the custom data import tab - this works best for brands who have a flat shipping fee but can also be added as a % of revenue. Read more about our per order cost import here.
Why does my revenue look different to Shopify?
Why does my revenue look different to Shopify?
This is usually because of tax/shipping being included in Shopify revenue or can sometimes be due to the way refunds are reported. Read more about reconciling revenue with Shopify here.
Can I add additional costs?
Can I add additional costs?
Yes the Custom Data Import tab allows you to import different costs such as COGS, additional product categories and attributes, shipping + fulfilment, offline marketing costs etc. Find guides to all of our custom data imports here.
I have my product COGS in Inventory Planner, is it possible to sync these with Conjura?
I have my product COGS in Inventory Planner, is it possible to sync these with Conjura?
Unfortunately this is not possible at the moment but we're working with Inventory Planner to add this to their roadmap. In the meantime you can export your COGS from Inventory Planner and upload them using our Custom Data Import Tab.
Why does my AOV not match Shopify?
Why does my AOV not match Shopify?
Our AOV will be different to that displayed in Shopify because it is the average amount a customer actually pays so includes shipping and tax, unlike Shopify which excludes these.
Formula: Gross Revenue/Number of Orders
How is Contribution Profit calculated?
How is Contribution Profit calculated?
Formula: Net Revenue - Gross Cost of Goods Sold - Shipping Costs - Refunds - Ad Spend - Amazon Fees - Custom Costs (e.g. per order costs)
You can read more about Conjura's Contribution Profit metric here.
How is Contribution Margin calculated?
How is Contribution Margin calculated?
Formula: Contribution Profit/Net Revenue, expressed as a percentage
How is Product Conversion Rate calculated?
How is Product Conversion Rate calculated?
Formula: Unique Transactions/Screen Page Views
Unique Transactions: Unique Transactions refers to the number of orders the product appeared in. This is different from units sold: e.g. if a customer buys 2 of the same product in the same order, this counts as 2 units sold for that product, but only 1 unique transaction for that product. This is calculated using your order data (i.e. from your Shopify, BigCommerce, Brightpearl, or Linnworks connection).
Screen Page Views: Screen Page Views refers to the number of pageviews recorded on the product's webpage. This is pulled directly from GA4.
Note: This is equivalent to Product Detail Page Views in GA Universal Analytics, which is now deprecated.
Product Conversion Rate can be interpreted as the percentage of pageviews that resulted in an order. This is slightly different to the overall conversion rate metric, as the overall metric uses Sessions instead of Pageviews.
This product has high pageviews but low ad spend, is this expected?
This product has high pageviews but low ad spend, is this expected?
While products with high views often have high spend as well, it isn't necessarily the case. Our Product Views metric is calculated using Screen Page Views from GA4, which tracks every single pageview for your products, from all traffic channels.
Not all pageviews are driven by ad spend: for example, the products featured on your store homepage will likely have high views, no matter how much or how little ad spend you have assigned to them.
Keep this in mind when sense-checking the figures you see within Conjura, and you can always get in touch with us via support@conjura.com if you have any questions.
Why does my refund rate look so low?
Why does my refund rate look so low?
It's important to remember that within Conjura, we report refunds based on the date of the original order, not on the date of the refund. This is important for accurately assessing your historical performance, particularly from a marketing perspective.
This means for recent date ranges, your refund rate might look lower than you expect, as the customers haven't had a chance to initiate refunds yet. The refund rate figure for a particular date range will grow day by day as customers initiate refunds. It will eventually plateau when the window that customers could request a refund within has passed.
