Step 1: Create Your Account
Creating your Conjura account is a simple and secure process.
To get started, visit our sign-up page and provide us with:
Email Address: Enter a valid email address that will be associated with your Conjura account. This email will serve as your username for logging in and receiving important account notifications.
Strong Password: Choose a robust password to protect your account. A strong password should be a unique combination of characters, including uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
Account Verification: After providing your email and password, you will receive a 6-digit verification code via email from Conjura. Enter this code into the verification field on the sign-up page to finalize the creation of your account.
Step 2: Create your Organisation
Now that your account is active, it's time to personalize your Conjura experience:
Name: Set the name of your organization.
Currency: Select the currency you prefer for reporting.
Timezone: Choose your timezone. This helps us determine the optimal times to refresh your data.
Step 4: Connect your Data Sources
Next, you'll advance your onboarding journey by connecting your data sources.
Connect your eCommerce Platform
Your store data is at the heart of our analysis. We use this data to empower you to make decisions on marketing spend, stock optimization, and pricing.
Currently, we have first-class integrations with Shopify & BigCommerce.

All Shopify stores which are connected by the user during the organisation setup are included and data is aggregated across all stores to generate the metrics. To see which stores are connected, go to the Connectors page.

2. Connect Google Analytics
To connect Google Analytics, simply sign in with your Google Account.

When setting up data connectors for an organisation, you are able to select a number of Google Analytics properties. Data is ingested from all the properties which are selected, but it's important to note that some properties may be excluded from the analytics dashboards. Only Google Analytics properties that can be linked to a Shopify or BigCommerce Store will be included in your dashboards. This is because your eCommerce platform is taken as the source of truth for all sales and customer data, and Google Analytics primarily acts as a supplementary data source to provide additional context around aquisition channels and conversion rates. Data is then aggregated across these properties in order to generate the metrics in the analytics dashboards.
3. Connect your Marketing Platforms
Conjura currently supports Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Amazon Ads.
π‘ Tip: We highly recommend adding at least the following essential data sources to unlock Conjura's full potential: Your eCommerce store, Google Analytics 4, and at least one marketing connector, such as Google Ads or Meta Ads.

Congratulations, you're all set! Your Conjura account is now primed to revolutionize the way you view and utilize your e-commerce data.
You'll receive an email as soon as your report is ready. This is normally within 6 hours of ingesting your data but can take up to 72 hours.
