Conjura supports Magento version 2.x.x and above. Unfortunately, we're unable to support Magento 1.x.x.

Step 1: Sign up to Conjura

If you haven't already, create your Conjura account. Once you select Magento as your eCommerce platform, you'll be asked to provide your Store Host and Access Token.

Step 2 — Enable OAuth Bearer tokens (Magento 2.4.4+ only)

Note: If you're running a version of Magento earlier than 2.4.4, you can skip this step.

In your Magento admin panel, navigate to Stores → Configuration → Services → OAuth → Consumer Settings and enable the option Allow OAuth Access Tokens to be used as standalone Bearer tokens.

Step 3 — Create a new integration for Conjura

Before you can generate an access token, you need to set up an integration for Conjura inside Magento.

  1. In your Magento admin panel, go to System → Extensions → Integrations.

  2. Click Add New Integration.

  3. On the Integration Info tab, set the Name to Conjura and enter your admin password. You can leave the remaining fields blank.

Set API permissions

Click on the API tab on the left-hand side and grant access to the following resources:

  • Sales — Select the Sales checkbox to grant access to order and transaction data.

  • Catalog — Select the Catalog → Inventory and Catalog → Products checkboxes to grant access to product data.

  • Customers — Select the Customers checkbox to grant access to customer data.

Then navigate to Stores → Settings and select the All Stores checkbox.

Once you've configured the permissions, click Save.

Step 4 — Activate the integration and retrieve your Access Token

  1. Back on the Integrations page, find the Conjura integration you just created.

  2. Click the Activate link in its row.

  3. When prompted, click Allow to confirm.

You'll now see a set of tokens. Copy the Access Token - this is what you'll need to provide to Conjura.

Step 5 — Provide the Access Token to Conjura

Return to Conjura and complete the connection form by entering:

  • Your Magento Host URL (e.g. https://magento.your-store.com)

  • The Access Token you copied in the previous step

Your Magento store should now be connected. If you don't see the connection confirmed, please reach out to our support team.

Step 6 — Connect your other data sources

You're all set! You can now continue to connect your marketing, analytics, and other platforms within Conjura.
